27.05.2025 update. Seanad Voter has now re-opened until Feb 2026 for new registrations here in order to be included in the Seanad electoral register (if not registered previously) from 01 June 2026. This register is completely separate to other electoral registers and applies to all HEA Institutions who will then be able to vote in future Seanad Elections – there will be 6 University (HEA) Constituency seats in future (formerly NUI 3 seats and TCD 3 seats).
